This policy describes how AntAI may collect, use, and protect information submitted through anthonyai.io, consultation requests, and related AntAI services. It does not apply to third-party services governed by their own policies.

AntAI may collect information you provide, such as your name, business email, company, business type, workflow description, and consultation preferences. Technical information such as device, browser, referring page, and site interactions may be collected if analytics are enabled.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, assess service fit, provide requested audit results, improve the website, operate AntAI services, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Automation audit data
The current public audit processes the answers you provide in the browser to generate directional estimates and recommendations. It does not require an account, transmit your answers, or store them. If AntAI later offers saved reports, email delivery, CRM follow-up, or client accounts, the relevant experience will explain what information is stored or transmitted before you choose to use it.
5. Service providers and integrations
AntAI may use hosting, analytics, scheduling, email, CRM, and workflow providers to operate its services. Only the information reasonably necessary for the connected function should be shared. Provider-specific disclosures may be added as those services are connected.

AntAI should retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, contractual obligations, security, and legal requirements. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; safeguards should be appropriate to the data and systems involved.
